As a custom manufacturer, most items are produced to order. This policy explains how returns, remakes and refunds are handled.

Custom / Bulk Orders

Because items are made to your specification, custom and bulk orders are generally non-refundable once production is approved. Always review and approve your pre-production sample before bulk begins.

Defects & Errors

If goods arrive defective or not matching the approved sample, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will remake or refund the affected units.

Samples

Sampling fees cover development costs and are non-refundable, but are often credited toward a confirmed bulk order.
